Big Daddy Weave Scores with Fourth Consecutive #1 "Overwhelmed"
Big Daddy Weave has reached a career milestone when they scored an astounding fourth No. 1 single from their 2012 project, Love Come to Life. "Overwhelmed," which landed the top spot on AC Monitored this week.
The other #1s from the same album include "Redeemed," "The Only Name (Yours Will Be)" and the title track from what has become their most successful project to date. The official No. 1 certification also follows the recent nomination of "Overwhelmed" for the 2015 K-LOVE Worship Song of the Year.
Currently, the band, who was the second most-played artist at AC radio in 2014, is readying the Spring leg of their overwhelmingly successful Beautiful Offerings tour. With a new line-up--Jason Gray, Citizen Way, Lauren Daigle--the tour, which saw record attendance during its inaugural run, kicks off February 12 and runs through Mid-May, during which time the band will work on their first studio release since 2012, slated for Fall 2015.
