Reba McEntire to Release Lifestyle Book Amidst New Chart Success
Country music veteran Reba McEntire is partnering with Harper Collins to release a new lifestyle book, set for release in the Fall of 2023. Although a title has not yet been announced, McEntire and Harper Celebrate have shared that the that book will be full of lifestyle tips from McEntire. From hosting advice, to travel tips, to food and drink recipes, fans can look forward to a full-color book that includes tips and personal stories from the singer.
"Reba is universally beloved for her talent, humor, and unapologetic authenticity," said Michael Aulisio, vice president and publisher, Harper Celebrate. "This book will offer readers a seat at Reba's table as she shares her hard-earned wisdom on what it means to live a good life. And let me assure you, there will be a lot of fun had along the way."
Reba remarked, "I'm so excited to partner with the Harper Celebrate team to create my first lifestyle book where I will share stories, behind the scenes photos, some of my favorite recipes and life lessons I've learned over the years. I know my fans are going to love it!"
Meanwhile, McEntire has scored her 28th Top 10 album on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart with My Chains Are Gone. The country star's latest gospel project was released March 25th and debuts at No. 9 on the chart. The album also makes a Billboard No. 1 Current Country Album debut and lands at No. 2 on the Billboard Christian Albums chart.
McEntire also released a DVD featuring a portion of the long requested recording of Reba's 2017 first ever solo headlining show at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. The special combines footage from that historic night along with newly captured 2021 performances recorded at Clementine in Nashville, TN. Hosted by gospel music legend Bill Gaither, this DVD finds Reba lending her unmistakable voice to classic hymns and newly-written songs of hope. Trisha Yearwood, Kelly Clarkson, The Isaacs and Reba's sisters and mother are special guests on the DVD.
