Nashville, Tenn. / Seattle, Wash. (May 02, 2026) - Jordan St. Cyr of BEC Recordings releases two new songs this week from his forthcoming project, offering a first glimpse into a more personal and reflective season. "The Storyteller Man" debuted earlier this week, while "Wild Love" arrives today and is also being promoted as his new radio single.

Produced by Paul Mabury, both tracks signal a return to St. Cyr's roots-earthy, organic, and grounded in storytelling.

"The Storyteller Man" (Paul Duncan / Paul Mabury / Jordan St. Cyr) draws inspiration from the lasting impact of Jesus' parables. The song also reflects his upbringing, having been raised by a singer-songwriter father who introduced him to artists like Billy Joel and Bruce Springsteen. While surrounded by great storytellers, St. Cyr shares that the words of Jesus ultimately shaped him most.

"There ain't no better storyteller man than Jesus. The stories Jesus told have transformed my life," St. Cyr says. "They speak directly to how we should live and how our choices echo into eternity. There's never been and never will be a greater storyteller."

"Wild Love" (AJ Pruis / Jonathan Gamble / Jordan St. Cyr) centers on the relentless nature of God's love. Rooted in childhood conversations about faith and God's goodness, the song reflects a longing for a love that seeks good over evil and never lets go.

He adds, "No one can outrun the love of God. Even when we wander, His love comes after us as a Shepherd searching for His lost sheep, a Father bringing His children home."

This new music marks a creative shift for St. Cyr. After beginning the project in early 2024, he intentionally pursued songs driven more by instinct than format. "We weren't writing for a format, but we were writing songs I love. It feels more like where I came from-more honest and raw."

With "The Storyteller Man" and "Wild Love," St. Cyr steps into a sound that feels both familiar and freshly refined-an honest reflection of who he has been all along. More music is expected soon as he continues this new chapter.

ABOUT BEC RECORDINGS: BEC Recordings exists at the intersection of faith and culture. For more than 25 years, the label has amplified artists whose music has reached beyond church walls - onto Billboard charts, into film and TV, across major retail campaigns, and through sold-out festival grounds. Today, that mission continues with a current roster that includes Cory Asbury, Tasha Layton, Gracie Binion, Jordan St. Cyr, and several others - artists carrying the torch lit by BEC alumni like Jeremy Camp, Hawk Nelson, Kutless, 7eventh Time Down, and The O.C. Supertones, who got their start or built their careers with the label. BEC has proven that music rooted in conviction can also dominate the mainstream conversation - and after all these years, that legacy shows no signs of slowing down.
