For years, worshippers have known Noah Paul Harrison as one of the recognizable voices within Bethel Music. Now, the worship leader is stepping into a new chapter of ministry with music that is perhaps his most personal yet.

Harrison has released his heartfelt new single, "My Honor To Need You (Live)," offering another glimpse into his forthcoming debut solo album, Do Not Go Gentle, arriving later this year. Alongside the new release, fans can now watch the accompanying live music video and pre-save the highly anticipated eight-track project. Unlike many worship songs that focus on triumph, "My Honor To Need You" embraces an often-overlooked spiritual reality-the beauty of dependence. Drawing inspiration from Psalm 91, the song reminds listeners that weakness is not something to hide but an invitation to discover God's strength, protection, and presence.

The song carries an even deeper significance for Harrison because it was born at home. He and his wife, Carling, wrote it together in their Manhattan apartment following a conversation about what genuine dependence on God looks like in everyday life.

"My wife and I wrote My Honor To Need You together in our apartment in Manhattan after a conversation about dependence on the Lord," Harrison shared. "We were reflecting on how often we try to present ourselves as strong and self-sufficient, as though we have everything together. Yet God delights when we come to Him honestly and authentically, bringing our weakness before Him. It's in that place of surrender and dependence that He reveals His strength and reminds us that we were never meant to carry life on our own."

The single follows two previously released worship songs from the project-"Christ That We Lift Higher (Live)" and "He Wasted Nothing (Live)"-which have already introduced listeners to the album's central themes of perseverance, trust, and God's faithfulness through life's unexpected seasons.

According to Harrison, Do Not Go Gentle tells the story of faith lived honestly. Rather than presenting a polished version of Christianity, the album explores both miracles and disappointments, seasons of hope alongside heartbreak, and the challenge of holding onto God's promises when the future feels uncertain.

Several songs on the project were written during one of the most formative periods of Noah and Carling's lives together, making the collection deeply rooted in their family's personal journey. The result is an album that feels less like a performance and more like an invitation for listeners to bring their own struggles before God.

The eight-song collection also features guest appearances from Gable Price, David Funk, and Aubree Archibeck, adding further depth to Harrison's debut offering.

Born and raised in Rochester Hills, Michigan, Harrison now serves as a worship leader at Bethel New York while living in Manhattan with Carling and their twins, Jack and Frances. His passion for worship began at an early age after waking each Saturday morning to hear his father playing guitar and worshipping in their home. That early experience sparked a lifelong calling that eventually led him from serving in youth ministry to becoming one of Bethel Music's emerging voices.

With "My Honor To Need You," Harrison offers a timely reminder that authentic worship doesn't begin with strength-it begins with surrender.
