Provident Entertainment is celebrating an outstanding showing at the 57th Annual GMA Dove Awards after receiving 111 nominations across 29 categories, highlighting another remarkable year for its artists, songwriters, producers, and creative partners.
The nominations span Provident Entertainment's family of companies-including Essential Records, Reunion Records, RCA Inspiration, Essential Worship, Provident Distribution, Essential Music Publishing, and Provident Films-underscoring the organization's continued influence in Christian and gospel music.
Essential Music Publishing enjoyed another banner year, with Jonathan Smith leading all nominees with 14 nominations, followed by Jacob Sooter with 12 and Steven Furtick with 11. The publisher also contributed writers to eight of the ten songs nominated for Song of the Year, while Brandon Lake and Chris Brown earned nominations for Songwriter of the Year (Artist).
Among Provident's recording artists, Brandon Lake headlines the roster with nominations that include Artist of the Year, multiple Song of the Year honors, and Songwriter of the Year (Artist). Rising acts bodie and SEU Worship also secured New Artist of the Year nominations, while Elevation Worship Records received seven nominations and ANTHNY earned three.
