Baylen Dupree, star of TLC's Baylen Out Loud, has confirmed she's been diagnosed with endometriosis, closing a chapter of uncertainty she had been documenting publicly since June.
Dupree, 23, first opened up about suspecting the condition during Season 3 of her show, telling her mother and sister that she and husband Colin Dooley had paused conversations about starting a family. At the time, she explained she had "all of the symptoms" but couldn't receive an official diagnosis without surgery, saying the process left "everything unknown."
Endometriosis is a condition in which tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus, causing chronic pain and, in some cases, infertility. The World Health Organization estimates it affects roughly 190 million women worldwide, and diagnosis often takes years due to how easily symptoms are dismissed or misread.
For Dupree, the update marks a turning point after a public journey that began with pain she'd experienced "since I was a teenager." She has used her platform - first built around Tourette syndrome advocacy - to walk millions of followers through both diagnoses in real time, a transparency she's described as central to who she is.
That openness has long carried a spiritual undercurrent.
