Darlene Zschech is getting ready to connect with worship leaders around the world - and this time, the gathering is happening on Zoom.
E21 Worship has announced that the veteran worship leader and songwriter will be the featured guest for its upcoming E21 Worship Collective Zoom, scheduled for next week.
The online gathering will take place Wednesday, Aug. 19 at 8:00 a.m. Australian Eastern Standard Time, which translates to Tuesday, Aug. 18 at 3:00 p.m. Pacific, 5:00 p.m. Central and 6:00 p.m. Eastern time in the U.S. The event will also begin at 11:00 p.m. West Africa Time.
"Don't miss our upcoming E21 Worship Collective Zoom NEXT WEEK with @darlenezschech," the ministry teased in its announcement, adding the celebratory emojis to make it clear this is one session they are especially excited about.
For longtime worship music fans, Zschech hardly needs an introduction. Her name remains closely associated with some of the most influential worship music to emerge from Australia, making her appearance especially noteworthy for worship leaders looking for encouragement, ministry insight and a chance to hear directly from someone who has spent decades serving the global church through music.
And unlike a conference where attendees need flights, hotels and registration passes, this gathering comes with a considerably easier entry point: a Zoom link.
There is one catch.
Anyone who is not already on E21 Worship's email list is being encouraged to send the organization a direct message so the team can make sure they receive the link.
That means fans and worship leaders hoping to join Zschech live may want to get their names on the list sooner rather than later.
With Zschech stepping into the virtual room and worship leaders potentially tuning in across several continents, E21 Worship's latest Collective gathering looks set to become a particularly international conversation - all before many Australians have even finished their morning coffee.
