Chris Brown’s Child-Support Drama Heats Up As Diamond Brown Makes A Personal Claim

Chris Brown's child-support dispute is getting personal. Diamond Brown alleges that the singer has not asked to see their four-year-old daughter, Lovely, for six to seven months, according to court documents reported by TMZ.

Diamond says Lovely is with her roughly 90 percent of the time. Although she acknowledges that Chris' career frequently takes him out of town, she claims his interest in arranging visits has been lacking-a serious allegation that remains her account of their parenting relationship.

There is also a disagreement over what spending time together should look like. Diamond says Chris proposed taking Lovely on tour on alternating weekends, an arrangement she considered unsuitable for a child her age. Her filing puts that proposal alongside her complaint about the absence of recent requests for visits.

The financial stakes are rising, too. Diamond is seeking an increase from $7,000 to at least $30,000 monthly; TMZ also reports that other mothers of Chris' children have defended his parenting.

Lovely's early family celebrations once presented a warmer picture. PEOPLE previously reported that Chris and Diamond joined forces for her first birthday in 2023, throwing a pink-themed party complete with a pony and roses. Diamond shared a photograph of the three together, celebrating what she called a lovely day.

Now, their parenting arrangements are being scrutinized through competing public accounts. Diamond's allegations have brought fresh attention to the dispute, but they do not establish a court finding about Chris' involvement in Lovely's life.
