iPhone 6 and Apple Watch: Flexible And Durable Sapphire Display , Also Features NFC Chip

The Cupertino Company surely knows how to create a buzz. The September 9 event of Apple marked the successful launching of the company's newest products.

CEO Tim Cook said in a press release that Apple being the pioneer in introducing several category-defining products to the world will continue to captivate its consumers with revolutionary products that can enrich people's lives. The Apple Watch as aptly described by Cook is the most personal product created by Apple so far.

Apple designer Jony Ive also explained that the Smart Watch has an entirely new user interface specifically designed for a device that's designed to be worn. The entire range of products offered also enable consumers to experience unparalleled personalisation.

Apple's iWatch as the company simply calls Apple Watch will be available in early 2015, starting at $349 in the U.S. The Apple Watch having a flexible and durable sapphire display will come in two sizes (38mm and 42mm) and in three collections: the Apple Watch Collection; the Watch Sport Collection; and the Apple Watch Edition, featuring 18-karat gold cases in yellow or rose. Patrons will have six different Watch face colors to choose from.

Apple had also announced the release of two new handsets: The iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus. The iPhone 6 has a 4.7-inch screen display while iPhone 6 Plus has a 5.5-inch screen.  These will be available on September 19 and will cost $199 and $299 for a 16GB phone, respectively. The iPhone 6 also features a NFC chip, which allows users to make mobile payments trouble-free with its Apple Pay feature. Moreover, easy pairing with Apple Smartwatch makes these two products a perfect match. The company also announced the integration of the upgraded operating system into these devices, the iOS 8, making it the biggest update since App Store was introduced in 2008.

Indeed, Apple has made a great leap in the course of technology and keeps on Steve Job's mantra by being the leader of innovation, making Apple a distinguished brand from the rest of today's giant Tech firms.
