Loulita Gill Returns with New Worship Single "I'll Trust"

Loulita Gill

Bristol based worship leader and songwriter, Loulita Gill, returns with her new worship single "I'll Trust."  In the midst of the anxieties caused by the coronavirus pandemic, Gill encourages us through the song to trust in God again.

Gill writes: "I found myself in a situation where I was facing a lot of uncertainty. It seemed like there were mountains too high for me to climb and valleys and rivers that were too wide and deep for me to cross over. I felt overwhelmed and the noise of my doubts and anxieties was trying to cloud the faith in my heart.

So late one night, I took my little boy's toy ukulele, googled some chords and began to write what would be called 'I'll Trust'. This song was actually meant to be released last year but I believe it was delayed for a reason. We are facing an immensely difficult time of uncertainty. All my plans for this year have changed and those changes are out of my control. It's in times like these that we can feel almost hopeless and helpless.

Maybe you are worried about your future. Maybe your doubts are hammering at you like a storm. Maybe your heart is feeling dark and heavy... all it takes is one whisper from God and he is able to calm our deepest fears."

Gill is a singer-songwriter and worship leader based in Bristol, UK. She has been leading worship for over 15 years and in May 2018 released her debut solo album The Last Twelve Years.

Aside from leading worship and performing her music, Loulita Gill has been involved in teaching the subjects of Worship and Team Building to Bible School students. She is also a gifted graphic designer and has been running her business (Loulita Gill Design) for 9 years.

Loulita graduated with a Masters Degree in Practical Theology from the University of Chester in 2015. She is a wife and mum of three lovely boys.
