Dimas Cortez Reveals the Inspiration Behind "God's Not Done"

Dimas Cortez

Singer and songwriter Dimas Cortez has just released his brand new single "God's Not Done." Inspired by Philippians 1:6 which speaks about God being faithful to complete the work He started in us, the song is a constant reminder of Gods faithfulness in the midst of our mess. When we cannot see the end result, God has the final say and He is the author of our destiny; God's not done working, moving, and changing our circumstances.

Cortez writes, "I love to write music and allow God to use me to give his message to this world. I hope you can join me in my journey!"

Cortez was born is Los Angeles, CA and later moved with his family to Reading, PA where he now leads the music program at his local church. Dimas attended Christian Life College and received an Associates in Music and later studied nursing and is currently serving his community as a Music director and a Nurse Practitioner.

He is currently partnering with Landry Cantrell for music production/engineering. He recently released one full album called "Better Day" in 2021. He is inspired by artists such as BJ Putnam, Natalie Grant, For King and Country, Lauren Daigle, and Riley Clemons to name a few.
