Drake has officially returned in the most chaotic and ambitious way possible - with THREE albums released at once: ICEMAN, Maid of Honour, and Habibti.
The surprise triple-drop arrived on May 15 through OVO Sound and Republic Records after months of cryptic livestreams, Toronto ice sculptures, and viral online speculation.
At the center of the rollout is ICEMAN, Drake's first major solo studio album since For All the Dogs (2023). The project leans heavily into betrayal, loyalty, public pressure, and the fallout from his highly publicized feud with Kendrick Lamar. Songs like "What Did I Miss?" and "Which One" helped launch the era months ago, with Drake openly addressing fractured friendships and people who "played both sides."
ICEMAN also became one of the year's biggest album rollouts. Fans chased clues hidden inside giant ice blocks in Toronto, livestreams featured recurring Pinocchio imagery symbolizing lies and public narratives, and "Episode 4" ultimately revealed all three album titles moments before release.
Meanwhile, Maid of Honour appears to push Drake deeper into melodic rap, toxic-romance storytelling, nightlife confessionals, and club-ready collaborations. The album reportedly includes appearances from Sexyy Red, Central Cee, and Popcaan, with tracks like "Hoe Phase," "Road Trips," "True Bestie," and "Princess" immediately fueling social media reactions.
The third project, Habibti, explores a darker late-night atmosphere with moody production, melodic hooks, and international textures. The album includes collaborations with PartyNextDoor and Sexyy Red, while songs like "WNBA," "Classic," "Prioritizing," and "Fortworth" continue Drake's blend of introspection, flexes, and relationship tension.
Fans are already debating whether the three albums represent different sides of Drake's identity:
ICEMAN = war mode and legacy
Maid of Honour = relationships and fame
Habibti = nightlife, reflection, and vulnerability
The rollout has completely taken over hip-hop conversation online, with Billboard confirming the triple release after Drake's final livestream event
