Joyce Meyer's long-awaited return to Brazil just got even bigger.
Organizers of the upcoming Festival of Hope (Conferência Hope) have announced that worship icon Darlene Zschech will be joining the event, adding one of the most influential voices in modern worship to an already highly anticipated three-day gathering in São Paulo.
Best known as the songwriter behind global worship anthems "Shout to the Lord" and "Worthy Is the Lamb," Zschech has led millions of believers in worship over the past three decades. Now she'll take the stage in Brazil alongside Joyce Meyer during what is shaping up to be one of the country's biggest Christian events of 2027.
"A voice that has inspired generations of worshipers is coming to Hope Festival!" organizers announced on social media. "We are honored to welcome Darlene Zschech, the songwriter behind worship anthems that have impacted the global Church."
The announcement comes just weeks after Joyce Meyer revealed she will return to Brazil for her first major conference in the country in more than 20 years.
Scheduled for May 27-29, 2027, the Festival of Hope will feature three days of Bible teaching, worship, and ministry. The first two days will focus on Joyce Meyer's practical biblical teaching, while the final day will transform into a large-scale Festival of Praise and Worship featuring Zschech and other worship leaders.
The conference marks a significant milestone for Joyce Meyer Ministries, which has continued serving Brazil through its Hand of Hope outreach by partnering with local churches, distributing food to families in need, and providing Portuguese translations of Meyer's books and teaching resources.
For many Brazilian Christians, the event represents more than just another conference-it's the return of one of the world's best-known Bible teachers after more than two decades away.
With Joyce Meyer back in Brazil and Darlene Zschech now confirmed for the worship lineup, anticipation for the Festival of Hope is continuing to build, with tickets already on sale and organizers expecting thousands of attendees from across Brazil and beyond.
