The country superstar has officially confirmed she'll return for an incredible 14th consecutive season as the voice of NBC's Sunday Night Football, debuting a brand-new rock-inspired version of the iconic opening anthem, "Waiting All Day for Sunday Night."
The refreshed theme pays tribute to its roots, leaning even further into the Joan Jett and the Blackhearts classic "I Hate Myself for Loving You," which originally inspired the beloved football anthem.
Underwood couldn't hide her excitement about the latest revamp.
"This year's show open welcomes Sunday Night Football into my ongoing rock star fever dream," she said. "It's one of my most favorite opens yet!"
