Acclaimed worship leader and songwriter Tim Hughes is entering a fresh season of music ministry as he reunites with Integrity Music and announces his upcoming live single, "Make A Way (Live)," set for release on August 28, 2026.
The new release marks Hughes' first solo music in more than ten years, following a lengthy break from recording to focus on pastoral ministry. Fans can already pre-save the single ahead of its official launch.
Hughes is widely recognized for writing some of modern worship's most beloved songs, including:

After stepping away from music releases in 2015, Hughes and his wife Rachel planted Gas Street Church in Birmingham, England. Over the past decade, they have helped establish a growing church community and supported multiple church plants across the United Kingdom.
According to Hughes, a recent sabbatical led him to rediscover his calling to write and lead worship again, inspiring this new chapter of songwriting rooted in years of pastoral experience.
Integrity Music President Blaine Barcus welcomed Hughes back, saying his years in ministry have uniquely prepared him for a renewed season of creativity and songs that will serve the global Church.
The upcoming single, "Make A Way (Live)," was recorded live at Gas Street Church. Written alongside Brian Johnson, Jenn Johnson, Ben Fielding, and Nick Herbert, the song centers on trusting God's faithfulness even during seasons of uncertainty.
Integrity Music also praised Hughes' return, describing him as one of the most trusted voices in modern worship whose ministry continues to inspire churches worldwide.
