Nearly a week after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle landed back in Britain, the Palace still hasn't said a word about it - but it has found time to announce where King Charles is going next.
Buckingham Palace confirmed this week that Charles and Queen Camilla will depart on a nine-day royal tour this autumn, visiting Antigua and Barbuda, The Bahamas, and Guyana between October 27 and November 4. The trip will coincide with the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting and mark 60 years of UK-Guyana relations. On social media, the King and Queen have stayed active this week too - including a post marking International Dogs Day - but neither their accounts nor any official statement from Buckingham or Kensington Palace has acknowledged the Sussexes' return to the UK.
One relationship remains especially unresolved: Prince Harry and Prince William. The brothers are still widely described as estranged, and no meeting between them has been confirmed since Harry and Meghan's arrival. That stands in contrast to the warmer signs seen over the summer, when Charles and Camilla privately reunited with grandchildren Archie, 7, and Lilibet, 5, at Highgrove.
For now, the family's new UK residence outside London remains undisclosed, and Harry and Meghan continue to hold nonworking royal status - meaning their move home is a personal one, not a return to official duties.
