Is Nancy Guthrie Still Missing?

Nancy Guthrie has not been found, and no suspect has been named, more than eight months after she disappeared. The 84-year-old mother of "Today" co-anchor Savannah Guthrie was last seen the evening of Jan. 31 at her Catalina Foothills home near Tucson, Arizona.

When did she go missing?

She was reported missing the next day after she did not appear for a Sunday church livestream, something her family has said she never missed. Sheriff Chris Nanos has said he believes she was abducted.

What investigators have

Doorbell video shows a masked person with a backpack outside her door. Her blood was found on the front porch, and two ransom notes were sent on Feb. 2 and Feb. 6. The second note claimed she died shortly after being taken.

The latest development

A new possible ransom text surfaced in late September. The Pima County Sheriff's Department said it was not credible, and urged the public not to send money or personal information in reply.

Is there a suspect?

No. The sheriff has said investigators have received an estimated 40,000 to 50,000 tips, and DNA and video are still being processed. A combined reward of more than $1.2 million was active as of August.

How you can help

Anyone with information can call the sheriff's department at (520) 351-4900 or 88-CRIME.

The Guthrie family has continued to lean on faith, asking supporters to keep praying for Nancy's safe return. JubileeCast joins them in prayer.
