Megachurch Leader Pastor At Boshoff Finalizes Divorce After 30+ Years of Marriage

Influential South African church leader Pastor At Boshoff, founder and senior pastor of the Christian Revival Church (CRC), has officially finalized his divorce from his wife, Nyretta Boshoff, after more than three decades of marriage. The divorce was concluded in the Gauteng Local Division of the High Court in Johannesburg on October 18, 2024, according to court records.

Pastor Boshoff's ministry oversees more than 90 church campuses worldwide with an estimated 120,000 members across Africa, Europe, Asia and Australia.

Despite historically preaching on the permanence of marriage and its grounding in biblical teaching, the divorce was processed quietly, with no public communication or formal announcement from Pastor Boshoff or CRC leadership at the time.

At least two months after the divorce was finalized, some CRC congregations abroad publicly acknowledged what would have been the couple's anniversary, suggesting the separation was not widely disclosed to the wider church membership.

Requests for comment from CRC or representatives for Pastor Boshoff have not been immediately returned by media outlets.

This development comes amid social media discussions and earlier claims - unverified by pastoral leadership - relating to personal conduct within the marriage prior to the divorce.
