Barbara Palvin and Dylan Sprouse announced today that they are expecting their first child together, debuting her baby bump on the red carpet at the 79th Annual Cannes Film Festival in France. "Fatigue, severe pain, heavy and irregular flow, sleepless nights on the bathroom floor - I thought this was just how it works for me," she wrote at the time.
After finally seeing a specialist, she underwent surgery within three months. The procedure, she said later, was "like night and day."
"It helped me a lot, and I'm grateful I did it," she shared. "Early diagnosis and treatment are very important to prevent long-term complications."
Dylan stood by her through every step. He showed up to the 2025 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show wearing an endometriosis awareness pin and told reporters: "She was so strong to go through that herself. Once she posted about it, a ton of women reached out - some people were even diagnosed after seeing her post. If this is even a small measure of something we can do, I hope it helps."
