A New Life, Right on Time

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen and actress-singer Hailee Steinfeld welcomed their first child together - a baby girl - announcing the news through Steinfeld's Substack newsletter, Beau Society, on Thursday morning.

"Our baby girl has arrived!! We're feeling incredibly grateful and blessed and savouring these early moments. Thank you so much for the love and well wishes," the couple wrote, signing off simply: Love, Hailee and Josh.

No name. No details. Just gratitude - and a baby girl.

From the Field to Fatherhood

Josh Allen already carries a long list of titles - Buffalo Bills quarterback, NFL MVP, All-Pro, Pro Bowler. This week he added the one that matters most: Dad.

The Bills' official social media account posted a photo of their quarterback with one caption: "Girl dad."

The couple announced their pregnancy back in December 2025, when Steinfeld revealed the news at the very end of a birthday reflection post on her newsletter - closing with a video of Allen kissing her baby bump. The two married in an intimate California ceremony on May 31, 2025, after going public with their relationship in spring 2023.

No Name Yet - But Fans Have a Guess

The couple did not share their daughter's name, but fans have speculated it could be Beau - a nod to Steinfeld's childhood nickname. In January, she posted a photo of a onesie embroidered with "Baby Beau" on her newsletter.

The Best Kind of Easter Weekend News

The baby's arrival comes the day before Good Friday - the start of the holiest weekend in the Christian calendar. Hailee and Josh used the word blessed twice in two sentences, and in a season the world sets aside to celebrate new life and resurrection, one of Hollywood and the NFL's most beloved couples just welcomed exactly that.

A baby girl, a grateful family, and an Easter weekend nobody will forget.
